After unveiling the first song from the film Pataakha , the makers have dropped the second song - Hello Hello - which features Malaika Arora. Hello Hello is a peppy dance number sung by Rekha Bhardwaj and composed by none other than the film's director Vishal Bhardwaj. Lyricist Gulzar has written the lyrics for the song and Ganesh Acharya has choreographed it. Hello Hello has a feisty carnival-like setting and needless to mention, Malaika Arora is the highlight of the video.
Author: Bryan McCann. He argues that these processes opened a window of opportunity for the creation of enduring cultural patterns and demonstrates that the understandings of popular music cemented in the mid—twentieth century continue to structure Brazilian cultural life in the early twenty-first. For an international audience, this book provides a detailed and clearly expressed account of a particularly important era for the development of contemporary Brazilian musical, social and political life. McCann offers food for thought about any country where popular music is concerned with its integrity under American influence, which I guess is just about everywhere. Needel, Hispanic American Historical Review. A voice to listen out for. Pernet, Canadian Journal of History. The book is very detailed, and incredibly informative and interesting, even for somebody with little background knowledge of Brazil.
